Emergency Cover

If you have an out of hours emergency, please phone the practice and follow the instructions on the answerphone. Please note that if we need to open the surgery out of hours, a charge will be made for patients who are not members of our Oral Care Plan.

Members of our Oral Care Plan who have a dental emergency when away from home have 24 hour access to a worldwide emergency helpline. The numbers for this are:

Complaints Procedure

Here at Wayside Dental Practice we take complaints seriously. If you are not satisfied with our service please contact our practice manager, either by telephone or in writing. We aim to respond to all complaints within 7 working days. If, however, you are not happy with the response you receive you can contact the dental complaints service below.
